Published purpose
In response to impacts of COVID-19, the City of Toronto has developed a 3-year Main Street Recovery and Rebuild Initiative to provide opportunities and resources for hard-hit small businesses to accelerate their growth, and support place-making activities designed to re-animate main streets and return commercial foot traffic to main streets and neighborhoods across the City.
