Published purpose
This project will support repairs at the 67 year-old McLaughlin branch of Oshawa Public Libraries, located in downtown Oshawa. Improvements will include replacing 42 single pane windows with new energy efficient double pane glazed windows, in order to reduce energy costs and help to preserve the heritage building.
