Published purpose
The project will adapt Jack Downing Park, located in downtown Shelburne, by turning the park into an accessible community space that will include braille signs and large illuminated signs to assist the visually impaired. Additionally, the installation of a pavilion in the Park will encourage people to return to a community space to participate in outdoor events safely.
