Published purpose

This project aims to increase funding directed towards improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) persons across the world, including improving funding equity for organizations led by marginalized groups (e.g. Bisexual, Trans, Intersex, Women, and Youth (BITWY). Project activities include: (1) conducting research surveys on the needs, strategies and capacity of LGBTI organizations and networks; (2) producing regional reports on LGBTI movement needs and priorities identified through the regional surveys; and (3) providing training and technical assistance on strategy development and research skills building to LGBTI organizations engaged in LGBTI movement research.
