Published purpose
To expand the Sun-dried Tomato Project (FY 2016-2017) in Paramakatoi by setting up a second solar dryer, clearing of new fields to plant tomatoes, purchasing of water sprinklers and purchasing of agricultural tools. CFLI will support the cost for setting up a second dryer to offset the increase production of sun dried tomatoes for the local market. The project will be centred on the village of Paramakatoi and surrounding communities of Bamboo Creek and Mountain Foot, located deep in the Pakarai
