The Program Support Facility (PSF) aims to increase the overall quality and effectiveness of development programming in Cuba. The PSF is a consolidated mechanism that allows for the financing of substantive program support activities in three key areas: (1) technical and professional services; (2) knowledge-building, analysis, and dissemination; and (3) aid effectiveness.
