Published purpose
Increasing awareness on environment, and promoting biodiversity and rich ecosystem by the redevelopment of approximately 3km of trail into an educational hiking space, which includes: integrating a digital media mobile application to provide interpretive programs; renovating an existing observation tower; installing two sets of telescopes; building two creek crossings; installing three major signs and 120 interpretative and direction signs; providing local guide training to approximately 60 people to assist with sustainable livelihoods; and an inaugural public visit to the smart trail to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Thailand-Canada diplomatic relations.
