Published purpose

This project aims to improve the capacity of recipient states to reduce threats posed by malicious cyber activity, including cybercrime. Project activities include: (1) facilitating a regional training on international law and cyber norms; (2) convening virtual roundtables to examine the threat of cyber scam compounds in Southeast Asia; (3) producing awareness-raising materials on cyber security through a South Asian lens; and (4) launching the Global Cyber Accountability Report. The Stimson Center implements this project.
