Published purpose

This project aims to reduce unemployment, enhance workforce skills, and promote social inclusion by addressing high school dropouts in Dominica, particularly affecting boys. The project intends to reintegrate 100 youth dropouts into the workforce through targeted vocational training and education in mathematics, english, office administration, document preparation and management, agro-science and technology, medical administrative assistant, hospitality and culinary arts and Adobe certified professional. The project intends support youth in earning their CXC high school diploma, a certification recognized by the Ministry of Education and an important prerequisite for both employment and further education.
