Published purpose

This project aims to strengthen the capacity of the National Counter Terrorism Commission (Commission nationale de lutte contre le terrorisme) (CNLCT), relevant Ministries, civil society actors, and religious leaders in Tunisia to effectively address and mitigate behaviors that increase vulnerability to extremism and violent extremism, while countering the dissemination of violent extremist propaganda perpetrated by both foreign and local terrorist groups. This will be achieved through technical assistance, training, capacity-building, and strategic communications messaging aimed at empowering these institutions to develop and implement effective responses to the complex drivers of radicalization in the country.
