Published purpose

Established the first prescribed alternatives (safer supply) project in Toronto that offered injectable hydromorphone for people with opioid use disorder. The project helped people with opioid use disorder who did not respond to available safer supply and treatment services and who remained at high risk of overdose. The project also helped clients access and remain connected with health, housing, income and community programs that met their specific needs.
