Published purpose
Developed a Substance Use Hub, a comprehensive substance use care program specifically targeting individuals who lived in shelters, encampments, and other homeless settings. Through this prescribed alternatives (safer supply) service model, patients had access to life-saving drugs, peer support and a team of trained physicians, nurses, and support staff.
