Published purpose
Implemented a prescribed alternatives (safer supply) pilot that provided assessment, monitoring and prescriptions for daily-dispensed take-home oral hydromorphone to eligible participants in the Brantford area. The project also provided participants with wraparound support to prevent overdose deaths and harms.
