Operating costs: The project consists of the continuation over a period of 3 years of the implementation of the action plan of the AluQuebec cluster whose objective is to stimulate the development and the valorization of the value chain of the Quebec industry and to act as a lever of the industry in order to develop its full potential and increase the use of the material.
