Published purpose
The Country Coordination Fund (CCF) of the United Nations (UN) Development Operations Country Office aims to strengthen the capacity of UN country teams to assist governments in achieving national goals in line with the Millennium Development Goals. It supports reform efforts of the United Nations system, including the Delivering as One initiative, harmonising business practices, and improved planning and response to post-crisis transitions. By supporting the CCF, CIDA is helping to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the UN system at the country level.
