Published purpose
The Public Sector Training and Development Project in Countries Emerging from Conflict has been developed by the South African Management Development Institute (SAMDI). Training focuses on developing public sector management skills in order to improve service delivery in Southern Sudan, Rwanda and Burundi. Training is expected to reach approximately 6,900 middle and senior public sector managers in the three countries.
