Published purpose
The Policy Action Group on Emergency Response (PAGER) is an informal, flexible and responsive forum of operational Canadian humanitarian agencies. The aim of this project is to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of humanitarian action of the members of humanitarian community individually and collectively. This will be achieved through regular, effectively-run PAGER meetings for members and Heads of Agencies, training programs on key humanitarian policy issues and practices, and consultations and participation in international forums on humanitarian assistance.
