Published purpose
This project aims to strengthen Jordan's capacity to detect and prevent the illicit trafficking of nuclear or radiological materials at the Al-Mudawwara and Wadi Araba border crossings in Jordan. Project activities include: (1) supplying, installing and commissioning radiation detection equipment at the two sites; and (2) delivering related operational and maintenance training to personnel of Jordan’s Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission.
