Published purpose
The Alberta Council for Global Cooperation (ACGC) aims to promote public awareness of international issues. Through this program, ACGC fosters increased participation by Albertans civil society organizations, government, private sector, institutions and citizens) in creating a more just and sustainable world for all. Through its Public Engagement activities, ACGC maintains its leadership role in the province in the areas of raising awareness, enabling change and encouraging action on international development issues.
