Published purpose
The initial focus of this project is on training Ukrainian trade officials to effectively promote Ukraine's international trade goals and to participate in the management of international affairs in a manner that is transparent, competent, and sensitive to environmental and gender concerns. The project's second component is designed to strengthen the capacity of the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine to develop its own training programs for trade officials through generic adult learning methodologies. This is critical for the development of a sustainable and wide-ranging training program that promotes the country’s interests on the international stage.
