Published purpose

The project supports the Ministry of Labour of Jordan in implementing a reform of Jordan’s technical and vocational education and training program. The project aims to improve the ability of the ministry to identify and respond to labour market and private sector needs through technical assistance provided by the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology. The project seeks to realize its objectives by improving the ability of the ministry to develop, implement and coordinate policy, by modernizing teaching and learning tools, and by increasing employment and self-employment opportunities for female and male graduates in key and emerging sectors of the Jordanian economy.
