Published purpose
Funding will support a workshop on cyber security (incl. quantum, mathematics and engineering) with both technical experts and experts in social sciences, including in the areas of political science, sociology and ethics. Its purpose is to bridge gaps in understanding between the technical and social sides of dual-use technologies with military applications.
