Published purpose

This project will respond to the need for counselling, emotional support, and legal and medical system navigation for members of the CFB Borden community who have experienced sexual abuse and/or intimate partner violence. It will meet these needs through the execution of activities focused on the integration of technology, support service network collaboration, education and training in order to better support individuals impacted by sexual violence. Specific activities include (1) education and training, (2) a 24/7 text crisis line, (3) private and encrypted online platform for journaling, (4) online learning centre to assist individuals who have experienced sexual violence to understand options for support.
