Funding would support a two-day workshop and interviews examining the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in the context of US-China rivalry, in particular how NATO has approached the security challenges posed by China thus far; what goals it should have in relation to China; and how it can best realise those goals given the diverse views and threat perceptions of its membership.
