Published purpose
This project consists of a comparative analysis of Nordic whole-of-society defence models and report with policy recommendations for Canada’s application. The study will identify partnership structures, governance mechanisms, funding and capacity-building approaches, the role of social and community organizations, and resilience outcomes.
