Published purpose
The project consists of a research study on the Nordic total defence model for a whole-of-society approach to defence. The project will discuss the ways in which the Defence Team could apply this model to better respond to national emergencies and deter threats below the threshold of war. Emphasis will be placed on Northern and Arctic security.
