Published purpose
This project consists of a conference examining how to build and lead civilian resilience against Foreign Influence through Manipulated Information (FIMI) attacks. The project will analyze case studies from the frontlines of information warfare to identify best practices and develop a handbook focused on strengthening civilian resilience against FIMI, particularly in the Arctic.
