Submerged Combustion Vaporizer (SCV) - A Process for Enhanced Heavy Oil Recovery:_x000D_ _x000D_ ASSIST Energy Solutions Corp. and Partners have developed a new EOR technology and manufactured a compact portable SCV equipment package for the purpose of undertaking Post-CHOPS EOR R&D in the field. Activities will include operation, testing and evaluation of the equipment, the heavy oil reservoir stimulation process and subsequent oil production results._x000D_ _x000D_ The EOR technology incorporates a direct contact steam generator referred to as a Submerged Combustion Vaporizer (SCV). The SCV process typically involves injection of a mixture of steam and combustion gas into a heavy oil reservoir for an injection period, followed by a soaking period and a production.
