Published purpose

MicroSintesis is a new biotechnology company specializing in the science of proteobiotics, bio-active metabolites produced by probiotics. Using proprietary fermentation and strain selection techniques, we are creating a new generation of scientifically advanced probiotics._x000D_ _x000D_ With this project, MicroSintesis will expand the commercial application for our technology and evaluate the efficacy of proteobiotics to impact the ability of the anaerobic pathogen, Clostridium perfringens, to cause infection in poultry. To do this, we will develop the anaerobic assays and production methods to support the pathogen's growth/testing with the goal of creating a new platform of products effective against anaerobic pathogens._x000D_ _x000D_
