Published purpose

Project Cirrus will trail blaze a new level technical value and push the boundaries of big data on mobile devices. It will expand the technical abilities of the Pro Angler app to handle an exponential increase in the magnitude of data parsed, structured and disseminated to the live user base. It will also produce an algorithm CAPD (Computer Assisted Pro Data) based on a specialized R&D process to determine the correct combination and weight of freshwater based environmental data feeds. As a result, the application will not only cover seas and oceans, but also rivers and lakes in both USA and Canada (“Freshwater”). Achieving this would produce the only software on the market capable to cover all fish types in all possible water-bodies.
