Published purpose
The panelized tarp concept reduces the cost of maintenance. In case of a big scratch or tearing of the tarp, only a section of the tarp needs to be replaced instead of a full tarp. The solutions so far offered by the competitors require very skilled installer and the installation is complicated. The firm wants to design a tarp which is easier and faster for installation and then implant this concept to gigantic doors for industrial application. In order to make the products more user friendly, the firm wants to automate the system by adding electric control and power assistance system. This mechanical assistance system will also reduce the amount of associated accidents during the operation of the system.
