Published purpose

Executive Mat Service Ltd. (EMS) waste management program is one of the programs that reduces the carbon footprint in the commercial market and generates energy from the waste supplied by mat service clients such as paper, cardboards, print house solvent food waste. The integration of the small size machine with gasification unit and energy pinch will be studies for the feasibility justification. There are some uncertainties in this process need to be investigated such as moisture condensation, operating vacuum, eliminating the Volatile Organic Contents (VOCs), total drying time and pathogen level in the product. And to optimize a machine was invented by EMS earlier to gasify the solid waste and leach the Sodium salt absorbed in the product as well as process the flue gas (emission) and pinch the heat. And to improve the clean dry flat washing machine to use less water with increasing washing speed.
