Published purpose
With the new CFTA and CETA policies in place procurement teams Canada are scrambling to update their individual policies and procedures to comply. A big part of these new policies afford Vendors easier access to debrief information when they are not selected as part of an RFP/Bid/Tender (that meets the thresholds of CFTA/CETA). Furthermore our data shows the difference between the 1st Ranked and 2nd Ranked vendor on average is only 3% (out of 100%). _x000D_ _x000D_ In order to build a robust process that is defensible under these new conditions we are seeking to build a Scenario Analysis Engine for Procurement Decisions to Measure Fragility._x000D_ _x000D_ What this engine would do is give a quantitative measure of the robustness (or lack thereof) on any procureme
