With the new CFTA and CETA policies in place procurement teams Canada are scrambling to update their individual policies and procedures to comply. A big part of these new policies afford Vendors easier access to debrief information when they are not selected as part of an RFP/Bid/Tender (that meets the thresholds of CFTA/CETA).
