Published purpose
Enterprise-grade bot platforms require a lot of programming to create a high-performing, highly customized bot. As a result, the technology is not yet democratized because marketers (and other non-technical business people) depend on developers and a substantial budget to be able to build and deploy an enterprise-grade bot. We are building the first enterprise-grade bot building platform for non-technical people (marketers, creatives, etc.).
