Published purpose
Loopio’s Content Library currently only supports English as its primary language and is not usable to effectively manage content across multiple languages. In scenarios where content is stored in multiple languages, the upkeep and administration of that content becomes cumbersome and disjointed. Question-Answer Pairs stored in unique languages are disconnected, and the upkeep and maintenance of content stored in multiple languages cannot be effectively scaled. Multi-language Support in Loopio will work by identifying a primary language for all content and having a way to interconnect language variations of that same content. The Loopio search engine will be modified to facilitate search based on preferred language. Please see full proposal.
