Published purpose

The overall objective is to provide resource limited craft breweries access to important data regarding the efficiency of the production process. To achieve this goal, this project will fill three knowledge gaps within the craft brewery industry: 1. Point Contribution Mapping of wastewater across various sized craft breweries; 2. Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) services and 3. Assessment of Impact The three aforementioned objectives will all contribute to the overarching goal of developing templated materials as a means to facilitate national knowledge transfer to assist the craft brewery industry in planning and troubleshooting as it pertains to these three objectives.
