Evaluation of using enzymatically hydrolyzed yeast carbohydrates, to both improve growth performance, minimize bacterial shedding (i.e. Salmonella sp ), promote the growth of beneficial bacteria within the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) and replace AGP in both swine and poultry models.
