Published purpose
The development and characterization of silicon-based nanomaterials with a wide spectral range capable of withstanding the demands of the display and solid-state lighting industry. AQM’s goal is the introduction of its silicon-based light-emitting platform to replace and/or complement existing solutions in the display and solid-state lighting market. Our objective is to advance the maturity of this technology, its applications and capabilities by improving material properties.
