Published purpose
The Smile platform is a construct which allows any internet-connected business to run a rewards program for a group of people (i.e. customers). The way this is accomplished is by abstracting the logic required to run a rewards program in to 5 main areas: actions, UI & experience, rewards, data synced to other systems, and an admin panel. By structuring the platform in this manner, we allow any internet-connected business to do the following business activities with minimal configuration and setup effort. By enabling businesses to deliver reward programs that are easy-to-setup & maintain, we are able to increase our total addressable market substantially.
