Published purpose
This project will involve improvements to edible hemp seed processing by implementing more robust and novel processing to improve quality and yields of edible products: cold pressed hemp seed oil and hemp seed cake by-product. The improved innovative processing will lead to the development of new edible and industrial products and add to the increased commercial output of the total hemp seed processing.
