Published purpose
The project consists in developing an artificial vision subsystem capable of identifying the essence of a green and raw wooden board moving on a transversal conveyor in a sawmill. The main resinous species to identify is the fir among spruce planks. As a first step, the system should have the ability to identify only the fir planks.
