Published purpose
Expand the technical engineering capability of our team in order to enhance our scope of operation within the sector of fossil fuel generator replacement with clean battery power. The funded project will allow us to advance two key projects: • Expandable “building block” battery system able to work in series and in parallel with automatic module shut off creating system redundancy. • WIFI enabled programing, diagnostics and operator App. This will enhance Hybrid Power Solutions’ competitive advantage in the off-road vehicle segment (drones, mining, fork lifts, etc). We have analyzed two key reasons responsible for the overwhelming demand for this type of product: a shift to EV in response to stricter Tier 4 diesel emission standards and the lowering of lithium battery prices, making the transition from lead acid highly advantageous.
