Published purpose
A newer anaerobic process technology (the AnMBR) is being developed using submerged membrane technology to provide much better effluent quality in a more compact system, while being able to handle higher influent suspended solids and fat, oil, and grease than more conventional anaerobic processes. Design factors will be optimized and compared to existing anaerobic technologies.
