Published purpose

DealMaker™ is a software that lawyers use to circulate, manage and track transaction documents and signatures on behalf of clients. The software is based on a web-based workflow that enables different transaction participants (lawyers, clients and investors) to collaborate in real-time. The Broker/Dealer Functionality Project will build powerful new functionality that enables additional types of transaction participants to use and benefit from the software. Once this new project is complete, the process of completing a transaction will be vastly simpler for all parties. This will eliminate cost, labour and save time for all parties.
