Published purpose

This project focuses on producing a natural flavour ingredient called leaf-aldehyde using Ardra’s proprietary fermentation process. A pilot-scale 80 L fermenter will be used to produce 1 kg of leaf-aldehyde sample to fulfil customer requests for samples.
