GoSpaces is a SaaS enterprise platform to help organizations manage their real estate portfolio and their people. The GoSpaces platform will collect analytics on real estate portfolio efficiencies and will generate reports on facilities / asset availability information that is based on the continuous usage feedback of the employee, their location and the requirements of the users of the assets. The GoSpaces platform also includes a Mobile Application that helps employees book meetings, find a workstation & engage their colleagues. Functional components of the mobile app include: Space Location Service; Maintenance Request Service; Bookings Services; User Contributions towards Social, Environment & Economic sustainability.
