Published purpose
The project will include the addition of advertising monetization to the Kidoodle.TV application within the Kidoodle.TV multi-device ecosystem. Kidoodle.TV will incorporate COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) compliant advertisers and ad networks to create the world's safest children's Advertising Video On Demand (AVOD) platform.
