SeeO2 Energy Inc. is proposing to design, build and test a short stack of its innovative solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC) technology that can use excess low carbon/renewable electricity to convert waste CO2 into syngas (a mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen) by co-electrolysing captured carbon dioxide and water to produce syngas.
