Published purpose
District Ventures (DV) is Canada’s first accelerator for consumer packaged companies (CPG) in the food & beverage and health & wellness sectors. DV connects innovative early-stage entrepreneurs with experienced advisors, investors and commercialization support. Its industry-leading six-month accelerator program is designed to increase a company’s brand equity, sales and evaluation. Build on the initial success of District Ventures Accelerator Program by providing enhanced learning opportunities for the companies, with specific concentration on marketing and brand development. Objectives 1. Establish a community for innovative entrepreneurs and promote entrepreneurialism 2. Become a National Centre of Excellence for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies seeking to grow. 3. Design and develop the District Ventures structures, systems and processes to engage Small and Medium-sized Enterprises motivated to grow in the CPG market
