Published purpose
Griffith Foods is building capabilities to deliver innovation in adding value to alternative protein products, in line with their purpose of blending care and creativity to nourish the world. The focus of this project is to develop nutritious blends of plant and alternative, non-animal-based protein sources, processed and textured to deliver elongated fibres mimicking animal muscle tissue in its processing performance and organoleptic properties.
